Why give?

Wholistic local impact that touches the world

Home for All Nations seeks to show God's true interest by tangibly serving a significant humanitarian need that is within our immediate reach. We are determined to also minister to their emotional and spiritual needs by giving them an opportunity to know the gospel. We work with a view to the great potential that these newcomers have to extend God's love and good news to places difficult to reach around the world.

We are blessed by Your Prayers and support

Please consider being a monthly partner. Your regular gifts of even $10, $30, $50 or more can be multiplied in the hands of God to help those who have journeyed so far and previously have never had the chance to know Jesus personally.

We are also partnering with the Conroe Seventh-day Adventist Church and the Texas Conference to support a Bible worker to write Bible studies for Afghans and Iranians and to help start a worship group among recently arrived refugees. You can support this work by giving through the Conroe church at adventistgiving.org/donate/ANWFFG under “Add Categories” and then “Cross-Cultural All Nations Church Plant.” A tax-deductible receipt will be provided. You can also send a check to Conroe Seventh-day Adventist Church, 3601 S Loop 336 E, Conroe, TX 77301-6843.

Why are you focused on refugees?

We focus on refugees because love flows toward the greatest needs. 1 in 70 people in the world has been forced from his or her home, neighborhood, school, and work. Most refugees are stuck in camps for over ten years. The transition to a third country is traumatic and the losses are great. They continue to be connected to significant need and hurt back in their home countries.

It's also because Jesus emphasized that the way we treat "the stranger" shows if we have love for Him. 2,000 years ago in the middle of a world divided by politics and religion, poverty, and wealth, Jesus invited everyone to be part of God’s family.

We know this is what we would want done for us if we were in their shoes.

Are you funded by the government?

No. Government funding for this kind of ministry is very limited at this time. This ministry is privately funded by those who share these goals and want to help through their personal donations. We do not accept money from the government or tithe from church members.

Can I get a tax-deductible receipt for my donation?

Yes you can. Home for All Nations is incorporated in Texas as a nonprofit organization and is recognized by the IRS as 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity within the U.S. laws. You will receive a tax-exempt receipt summary in January of each year.

Why is monthly giving so important?

This enables us to budget wisely and to invest in long-term, effective ministry. Knowing we can count on regular donations helps us to serve regularly and faithfully.

How can I help my church have a heart for the needs of refugees and others who have not had a chance to know Jesus?

We would be happy to pray with you and give you advice. Contact us at scott@homeforallnations.org or call +1.707.380.9554. You can speak with Julie Griswold at +1.707.380.9864.

ASAP Ministries has a cross-cultural missions training resource that you can do in a youth group, a Pathfinder Club, or any small group. It's called Reach the World Next Door.

Who are you affiliated with?
